【CAPA】公共セクターにおける人材の獲得と維持に関する冊子を公表

  アジア太平洋会計士連盟（CAPA: Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants）の公共部門財務管理委員会（PSFMC: Public Sector Financial Management Committee）は2016年５月、「Attracting and Retaining Finance Personnel in the Public Sector」と題した公共セクターにおける人材の獲得と維持に関する冊子を公表しました。

  本冊子は、2014年に同委員会が発行した冊子「Improving Financial Management in the Public Sector - The Eight Key Elements of PFM Success」で述べられている要素のうち、「資質と能力」について考察したものです。
