【CAQ】監査委員会の透明性の指標（第二版）の公表

  米国CAQ（Center for Audit Quality）から、2015年11月３日付で、「監査委員会の透明性の指標（Audit Committee Transparency Barometer）」が公表されました。本報告書は、昨年度（2014年12月２日）公表された報告書の第二版となります。
