Engagement with KASNEB Board Members from Kenya
On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, Mr. Philip Kakai, Board Member of the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB) and Board Member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), together with Ms. Samantha Kipury, Board Member of KASNEB, visited JICPA.
They held an exchange of views with Mr. Naruhito Minami, Chairman and President of JICPA; Mr. Hisashi Sato, Chief Executive; Mr. Kohei Kan, IFAC Board Member; and Ms. Nana Yasuda, Technical Adviser to the IFAC Board.
In addition, they exchanged views on the system and professional capacity development of CPA with Mr. Yoshihiro Tsuda, Vice Chairperson of Special Committee for Deliberation on the Systemic Integration of Professional Competence Development, and Ms. Kanako Kimura, Technical Director.
