The Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA) interviewed the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) Chair Mr. Andreas Barckow and IASB member Ms. Rika Suzuki at the IFRS Foundation Asia-Oceania office in Tokyo on October 6, 2025. In particular, we asked about "Climate-related and Other Uncertainties in the Financial Statements" project, Application of IFRS 18 "Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements" and Recognition of Gains and Losses arising from transactions with associates in Equity Method projects.
