The webinar "Exposure Draft Subsidiaries without Public Accountability: Disclosures" was held on December 2, 2021.
The webinar hosted by Jeju Group on December 2 successfully attracted about 100 participants from around the Asia-Oceania region.
The IASB Board members, Ms. Ann Tarca, Ms. Rika Suzuki, and the IASB Technical staff, Ms. Michelle Sansom, Mr. Carlo Pereras, gave a presentation about the Exposure Draft Subsidiaries without Public Accountability: Disclosures. At the Q&A session, the IFRS Experts from ISCA, JICPA, KICPA asked questions to the speakers from the IASB.
The Exposure Draft was published by the IASB in July 2021, and the deadline for submitting comments on the Exposure Draft is January 31, 2022.
