Webinar "Sustainability Reporting and Assurance" hosted by Jeju Group will take place on September 30th, 2021.
The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA) and the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants (KICPA) will host a webinar on the topic of 'Sustainability reporting and assurance'. The webinar will be held on September 30th, 2021(Time: 4:00pm-5:30pm Seoul/Tokyo; 3:00pm-4:30pm Singapore; 8:00am-9:30am London)via virtual meeting platform e.g. ZOOM.
Speakers will include the Trustees of the IFRS Foundation, Mr. Masamichi Kono and Mr. Su-Keun Kwak. After IFRS Foundation's Trustees report on the progress of forming the International Sustainability Standard Board, we will report the key takeaways from the Asia-Oceania Sustainability Assurance Roundtable held on 3 August, followed by panelists from Japan, Korea and Singapore to discuss the current status and main issues of sustainability reporting and assurance in order to meet the investors' needs for sustainability-related information. During the webinar, we will invite questions from audience.
This webinar will be conducted with the support of the ASEAN Federation of Accountants (AFA), the Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA), and the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA).
