The webinar "Business Combinations under Common Control " was held successfully

The webinar hosted by the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants (KICPA), the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), and the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA) on April 7 attracted about 200 participants from around the Asia and Pacific region.
The speakers from the IASB together with panelists from JICPA, KICPA and ISCA exchanged views and discussed on the topics of Discussion Paper "Business Combinations under Common Control" which was published by the IASB in November 2020 with a comment period ending September 1, 2021.
