Chairman and President Kimitaka Mori participates in the 11th International Conference of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants Metro Manila Region (PICPA MMR) held in Tokyo on May 23, 2014.
This international conference is hosted annually by PICPA MMR for continuous professional growth and development and international exposures and experiences of its members.
Together with Chairman and President Mori, Ms. Aiko Sekine, Deputy President of JICPA, gave a presentation about the overview of JICPA and its recent activities in creating value and safeguarding the public interest.
The conference brought together many prominent speakers, including H.E. Ambassador Manuel M. Lopez and professionals from both business and accounting fields.
During the conference, PICPA leadership also visited JICPA headquarters to deepen mutual understanding and exchange views on the issues of mutual interest.
JICPA hopes that the conference will become a springboard for the closer dialogue and cooperation between JICPA and PICPA in years to come.
