At a Special Assembly on December 11, 2006, JICPA resolved to establish a Center for Listed Company Audit Firms as a measure to further enhance the quality control system of audits in audit firms and to introduce a conceptual framework approach to the overall Code of Ethics devised by JICPA in line with the IFAC Code of Ethics.
